I had to escalate to Etsy because the seller only responded to one of my messages. When I asked for a refund I was ghosted. The seller also asked me to contact them outside of the Etsy app, which is sketchy. I do not recommend.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP TO THE US?
All of our packages are shipped through EXPRESS FIRST CLASS with a tracking number. Estimated shipping time is about 3-8 business days. This does NOT include processing time - time for preparing the order (3-5 business days). **

What happens if a shipment has been proven to be lost or damaged?
We TAKE the responsibility for the lost and damaged items. Please contact us via Etsy Convo or Email (nilaykura@gmail.com) for lost and damaged packages. For lost packages, we can track your package and confirm if it is lost. For damaged packages, please share a photo of the product/package you receive. Later, we will take action immediately.
If I send something back, will I get the postage refunded for the return?
We are sorry to inform that we don't accept returns. Due to COVID19, all return packages are destroyed during customs. Therefore, we don't accept returns this though times.
Are there any custom delays on my order?
Please note that packages are sent from TURKEY internationally through EXPRESS FIRST CLASS mail. International shipments may take longer than domestics since they are subject to delays as they pass through CUSTOMS.**
** Packages are sent with unique tracking number so you can track anytime.
