My mother and I liked the necklace, but we're a little disappointed that the there were cracks in the necklace... Not completely what I was expecting.

Thank you for looking at my shop. All of the glass items displayed in my shop are hand painted and made from float window glass. Each piece of work is unique and the slight imperfections in the painting and body of glass are what makes the pieces individual. If you would like to request a specific piece of jewelry or glass ware please feel free to contact me.

Accepted payment methods

Please pay by Paypal. This means that you can use any major credit card, without signing up for a paypal account if you don't want to. If you would like further information about this, there is a handy article explaining the process here -


Please pay within three working days. Beyond this time, I reserve the right to re-list the item and cancel the transaction. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, or there is a problem with making the payment for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible.
Items are carefully wrapped in bubble-wrap and shipped within two working days of receipt of payment, but please check my shop announcement, as any temporary delays will be stated there.
I will ship items worldwide using airmail, which usually takes approx 7 working days. If you would like additional insurance or tracking, please contact me and I will send you a quote. 
**UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS ONLY, PLEASE NOTE** Increased security on parcels entering the US has meant delays for a very small minority of mainly larger parcels. Whilst 99% of the items I have sent since this started have arrived in the usual approx 7 working days delivery time, one or two items have been delayed. I am happy to report that Royal Mail now state on their website that the vast majority of parcels are now being delivered into the USA from the UK by air freight and within the usual 7 working days. Very heavy parcels may experience delays of around 2 extra weeks, but small items such as bowls etc should be fine!


Worldwide customers - you should usually expect to receive items within seven working days. Please note, I cannot take responsibility for the postal service. At busy times, items may take longer, so please allow extra time if possible.
UK customers you should usually receive items within three - four working days of order. I send by first class recorded delivery within the UK.

All customers, please note, items are sent by standard mail services as listed above, and I cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post. If you want extra services, such as signed for delivery, I can provide this at a surcharge.
Very occasionally, items are delayed or lost in the post. This is something over which I have no control, and I ask that you please wait for 28 days after dispatch to allow time for the item to arrive. However, as previously stated, most items arrive within seven working days of purchase :)

Please note: Any customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All jewelry items are packaged in a colorful box or pouch, I take extremely seriously the fact that most of my items are large glass items, and wrapping is first and foremost to protect the item. I want you to receive your item in one piece, and do my utmost to ensure that it does by wrapping my work well.

I want you to be happy with your purchase, and hope that you love it! If you don't, please return it to me, undamaged, in the same packaging, within ten days of receipt and I will refund or exchange it for another item of the same value.(Shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.)
The only items I cannot accept as a return are special orders that have been made specifically for you and wholesale orders.
If the item is damaged or faulty, please let me know immediately and I will happily exchange it as soon as I receive your return.
