I love all things fiber related and enjoy the fiber arts. My philosophy is to follow the process from sheering the animal, to washing, to picking and cleaning, to dyeing, to carding and then spinning into yarn. I also do my own knitting projects and felting.

It is my intention to provide others with the best materials.

I have raw wools, batting, roving and yarn as well as some other supplies.

Payment
I ask that payment be made within 7 days of purchase. I accept paypal but am willing to accept money orders or checks.
Shipping
I will ship within three days of payment being received. I try to get things out quicker then that but the real world is still spinning here and this is not my full time job. I understand that sometimes people are very anxious to get their item(s) and will work to get it there fast. I am not in the habit of insuring things. If you need insurance please let me know in advance. The buyer is responsible for insurance costs. I will track the delivery at the buyer's request. This cost of tracking is also the buyer's expense.

I am willing to ship around the world...however, other governments might not like the idea of raw wool or other such things entering their countries. If you live outside of the USA please check with your local import laws. I will ship but if customs confiscates the item I cannot offer a refund.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work to describe the items as accurately as possible. I also try to provide photos that capture the items as realistically as possible. Of course, pics and words are not as good as your own eyes and I respect that. If an item needs to be returned please do so. The buyer pays the return postage. A full refund will be given.

All returns need to be back in my hands within 15 days and must match the original weight.
Additional policies and FAQs
I have many, many items for sale. Lots and lots of raw wools as well as batting, roving and yarn. Please make requests and I will show you all that I have.
