Returns and exchange details
To return items, ship the merchandise back within 14 days of receiving them in their original, saleable condition. Shipping charges for no-fault returns are non-refundable.

If you need to exchange an item due to an error on my part (such as receiving the wrong quantity or a defective product) please send me a convo with your name, email address, product name(s), order date and information about the issue you are having. Once I either receive a photo of the problem or the item back in the mail and can verify the issue, I will replace the item at my expense and issue you a credit for the return shipping.
Cancellations and refunds may take up to 24 to 48 hours to process.

When your order ships you will receive two emails - one from Etsy confirming shipment and another from me (at Exchanging Fire) via Stamps.com with your shipment date and tracking number. Please check your spam filters if you have not received these important messages.
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail and USPS First Class Mail International, and heavier items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Average shipping speeds vary from 3 to 7 days in the US, and international orders can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to arrive, according to the United States Postal Service.
Delivery confirmation is included for free with your order and is available for all US and Canadian addresses. Be aware that the postal service's tracking system may take 24 hours or more to update itself and that international shipping is not always trackable.
To add expedited shipping or shipping insurance to your order, simply use the dropdown menu in your cart to select the appropriate add-on. Insurance is available for both domestic and International buyers. It typically ranges from $2-5 USD for an order and can be selected at checkout.
Please make sure that your address is correct and up-to-date, as due to shipping liabilities, I can only ship to the verified address you have provided through Etsy. If you need to change the address for any reason after placing your order, please let me know immediately and I will cancel the transaction and let you reorder using the updated address. If your order ships and is returned because you provided an incorrect shipping address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping to the correct address.
If a package has been marked delivered by the post office, that is considered proof of delivery. If you did not receive your package, your next step should be to contact your local post office to declare it lost and request an investigation. For further help, please contact me directly.
If you need to combine shipping on separate orders placed around the same time I will do my best to honor your request, but be aware that it may not always be possible. During the Christmas season (from Black Friday through the New Year) I cannot combine orders due to the extremely high order volume. Thank you!
