Once your payment has been cleared, you can download your digital files directly from your Etsy account. for some files, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (which is free to download) to open PDF’s.

PERSONALIZED DESIGNS (E.G. CHIP BAGS, PARTY FAVORS, WEDDING FAVORS, BRIDAL SHOWER FAVORS...)
Once your payment has been cleared, the digital artwork will be emailed to your registered email address within 72 hours. If the final artwork file size is too large for email, you will be emailed a link to download your items. Usually, these items will be zipped.

If you would like me to send your purchased item to a different email address other than your registered Etsy email address, please add your preferred email address in the NOTE TO SELLER box during the checkout process.
