I was going to write a longer title to this but after I typed those two words… Express Love... I heard my inner voice say, “That’s it. That’s all that matters. That’s all there is.”
We have become a planet of humans who have lost touch with our true selves. Our souls. Our spiritual roots. The galactic energy of our true being. The realization that we are a beam of God’s light.
It’s time to remember.
To express love means to get in touch with your soul. Your soul is pure love and it wants nothing more than to EXPRESS that love.
As I’ve been on my spiritual journey trying to find the true purpose of my soul I always come back to love. Whether you’re on a spiritual journey or simply looking for more joy in your day if we all express love and share with each other what that looks like in every situation we can all heal together and remember who we truly are.
It’s not hocus-pocus voodoo mystical weirdness; it’s science. Your thoughts and words create energy around you that expands like ripples on water. Those ripples touch those around you.
Choosing to express love in any situation will always heal you, and in doing that, heal the world.
