First of all, excellent quality, and craftsmanship! However, the reason I am writing this review is because of the customer service I received that was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I reached out to them because I needed this item quickly. I realized (due to my own faults) that I would not receive it in time. I asked about an ETA on the item and that if I was not able to receive to please cancel my order. These folks quickly offered to essentially overnight ship at no cost to me. I did offer but they did decline. Honestly, did not expect that and ultimately never would have asked them for that! However, they did! And I will buy from them again in the future if I ever need!
