All of my Canvas Prints can be personalized!!!!

The design process usually starts right after your purchase is complete and I receive all necessary information from you. I start working on your sample and usually send it to you for a review within 1-2 business days. If for some reason I cannot meet this deadline, I will notify you.
The printing process starts only once you’ve approved the canvas design sample. Printing takes 3-4 business days.
All canvases are shipped via trackable UPS Ground Mail, which can take 7-10 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

All sales are final UNLESS they were damaged in shipping.
You will receive mock-ups throughout the design process on all canvas prints. Your canvas will be printed only after you approve the final design. Please review the design closely to ensure that it is as you wish, because I cannot accept requests for revisions after you’ve approved it for printing. Once the canvas is printed, it will be closely inspected for defects before it is sent to you.

You may request order cancellation within 5 hours of your order.

Damages incurred during shipping must be reported within 24 HOURS of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement.
You must send me a message with clear and legible photos of the damages to the packaging and to the canvas print in order to qualify for replacement.

All request will be reviewed and you will hear back from me within 72 hours.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
The best way to see the actual color is to print the sample photo from the listing or the sample that you receive from me and to look at it on the paper.

All design revisions for Canvas Prints must be requested prior to printing. Once the design is approved and sent for printing, I cannot make any design changes.
