This was inadequately packaged in a plain envelope and no bubble wrap which allowed three of them to be broken.
How I ended up with Expressions of Faith & what we stand for :)
I started the business b/c I was sick of the inflated prices at the big craft stores, I knew that there had to be a way to get scrapbooking supplies with great quality for cheaper prices. Once I found them I wanted to share them with everyone! I also needed a way to help support my graduate education which is extremely expensive and my part-time job was just not cutting it.
I also hope to expand my business to provide more sticker brands! Of course I will still sell Jolee’s – my fav, but I would like to include other brands. It will be very exciting to expand and it will take some time too!
About me, I am 26 and am a pediatric physical therapist full time. I specialize in children born with disabilities often accompanied with severe medical issues, and I absolutely LOVE my job and my kids that I work with! Kids are my passion, I can’t help but to fall in love with every single one of them. I am so blessed that I am able to do a job makes a different for those kiddos. I am also a huge scrapbooker, I feel like it is a great way to preserve memories, reflect on your life and to bless others.
I try to base everything including my business I do around my faith in God. Scrapbooking has opened many doors to share love, compassion, and truly bless others. I try to treat everyone of my customers the way I would want to be treated and the way God wants everyone to be treated. I truly try to love thy neighbor. :) I think it is incredibly important to give the best service to every costumer, in which I conduct business 1 on 1 at all times. I also do my best to meet the needs of every customer. Once I graduate and become a PT these values will also be transferred there, and everything I learn from this business will only help me build on these relationships.
I love doing giveaways and contests and challenges.(At my facebook page!!) It is great we are all able to exchange different ideas and show off our different talents!! But it is also SO important to give back. We have completed many projects for charity and portions of EVERY sale are donated to different charities monthly. When you make a purchase from my shop, by making this purchase you are agreeing and acknowledging my shipping policies. Again, once your package leaves my door there is nothing I can do to speed up a shipment and have no control of how your package maybe treated in its shipment.

When you make a purchase from my shop, by making this purchase you are agreeing and acknowledging my shipping policies. Again, once your package leaves my door there is nothing I can do to speed up a shipment and have no control of how your package maybe treated in its shipment.Once a package leaves my home it is in the care of the USPS. Any damages or loses of packages are out of my hands as when packages leave my home they are in perfect condition.
Please FIRST contact me and discuss with me your problems. I am very easy to work with and will always work with you to make sure that a problem has been settled. I have worked with 100s of people and 99% have walked away very please :) I would like to keep that percentage high!
If something was ill-packaged and is agreed upon by buyer and seller a refund will be issued for the product only.
If a product doesn't arrive and because of size and weight of the package no tracking number was given it is under the discretion of the seller to resend a duplicate product at the sellers loss (I am paying for more than one item to be sent to you) or a refund will be given for the product only.
If a tracking number WAS provided and a package was lost/stolen etc. contact me and we will discuss your options. The USPS is responsible for the lost package so we will have to work together. A refund will not be issued if a tracking number is provided unless under a rare circumstance and under the discretion of the seller.
Length of time: Again; I have no control of how long it will take to get through YOUR Country's customs. When purchasing you agree to wait this length of time without leaving feedback for length of time to receive a package as long as a tracking number is received in the appropriate amount of time 1-4 business days. There is absolutely nothing I can do to speed up this process and I apologize, but If this is a concern, please do not purchase.
Customs fees: International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the buyer's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays of weeks or months. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions. I do not refund original shipping charges for buyers who refuse items due to not wanting to pay the customs charges applied by their country.
International orders will not be issued a refund unless the seller is at fault. (Wrong item shipped) Unfortunately there is nothing I can do with items that take longer secondary to getting through customs. So understand when ordering internationally it may take longer than anticipated secondary to YOUR countries policies. Contact me first if there is any problems with your order, again strictly no refund will be given unless under the discretion of the seller. No refund to be given if a tracking number is given to the buyer.
