I will gladly accept custom orders however please keep in mind there is only so much room on a stemless wine glass. So if it's a long name it's best to do a monogram. Also, I do not accept custom order returns. I will send you a proof before I create it so you'll have an idea of what it will look like. Once I create and ship the item it is yours. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Overall, I try to ship in 24 hours, however, custom orders take a little while longer.

Unfortunately we can not. The reason is things happen. And if your piece is a one of a kind piece we would hate that it was hurt in any way. HOWEVER if you can send us the product code or like where to get it we will purchase it and send it to you. That would just be a custom order. That we can do :)

STEMLESS WINE GLASSES - are all dishwasher save. They will last the lifetime of the glass if taken care of. The design is engraved, etched, carved in-to the glass. It will Never wash off it is there for the lifetime of the glass.

MASON JAR TOASTING GLASSES - are not dishwasher safe. It is highly recommended that you hand wash and not soak. The stems are fused with a special glass fusion glue that welds the glass together. However as a precaution I do not recommend you soak the glasses. Hand Wash only.

APRONS - Our aprons can be washed with like colors. I recommend hanging to dry. If it needs ironed, WAIT until it is dry and put wax paper over the design (on top of the design completely) before you iron. The less it is in the dryer the longer it will last. These aprons are nice and thick not cheap see through thin. They are comparable to light denim.
