Handmade items may come with slight imperfections. Pieces can look slightly different than the others. Copper jewelry turns color over time due to the oils on your skin. A jewelry cleaner or vinegar/salt water mixture, cleans copper jewelry and return it to it's original color. Coconut and wooden jewelry can be wiped off with a slightly damp cloth, then dried thoroughly. Bathing or swimming with jewelry is not recommended. Store all jewelry in containers. Keep jewelry away from fragrance oils or body sprays. Fragrance oils can damage the finish on wooden jewelry. Over exposure to heat can bend resin pieces. Please store jewelry in a dry, cool space.Body butters can melt. Please mix and store in a cool place until firm

Since nose jewelry, nipple jewelry, cosmetics, skin care and waist beads are considered intimate items, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons. Please make sure all measurements are correct, style and color and that you read all descriptions before purchasing. Due to the large amount of orders we receive, we cannot make adjustments to orders and will not be held responsible for mistakes during ordering.
