Do you provide a tracking number?

Packages are sent with unique tracking numbers. As soon as your order is shipped, the tracking number of your package is sent to your email so that you can see the status of your package.

Why is my item still in transit?

If parcel stuck in transit it means that the package is no longer progressing towards its destination and it is either kept in one of the courier company's depots for further checks or stuck in customs. But don't worry! In most cases, the parcel is released, and it continues its transit.

What do I do if my package is stuck in transit?

You can call your local post office or contact us via Etsy convo.

What happens if the item is damaged in the mail?

To minimise the risk of this happening we use buble wrap to provide maximum protection for your item. If the item is damaged please send us the photo of the damaged item as soon as you receive it.

I think my package is missing. How do I know if package gets lost?

If you think the package is missing, check the delivery status online. If there is no update on the tracking site please contact us via Etsy convo. We file a claim about the package if 4 or more weeks have passed since the date of mailing. As soon as it is confirmed that your package is missing by the shipping courier, we resend the same items or issue a full refund according to your request.

How long does it take to ship? Can I track my order?

It takes 3-5 bussiness days. As soon as your package is shipped the tracking number of your package is sent to your email. You can track it at anytime.
