Eye for London Prints eagerly whipped up a custom order I commissioned for an anniversary present. All communication was timely, pleasant and with a very personable vibe. I thoroughly recommend Eye for London Prints not just for their customer service but also for the quality of their art and their very reasonable prices!

- Shipping: Within UK : Royal Mail First Class
- Rest of the World: 10 - 20 + days delivery by Royal Mail Tracked.
- International Shipping: Sometimes if deliveries were attempted and unsuccessful, the package is returned to the PO. And if still unclaimed, it gets sent back to the UK. For this reason I provide a tracking code, which clearly indicates where the package is and if delivery was attempted. I request you keep track of the package every couple of days, as will I. Thank you for understanding.
- Please note that prints are not framed. The frames are only indicative. Posting frames increases postage exponentially and no guarantee of non breakage.
- Prints are posted in sturdy postal tubes or board backed envelopes
- Please be aware that colours may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, depending on your monitor settings. The back lit screens make the colour look brighter/lighter, while colours on printed paper are actually a bit deeper.

Frequently asked questions
My international delivery tracking updates. When will I receive my print?
Royal Mail gives a tracking number with every International delivery. This tracking is updated at various check points.
First checkpoint- When it leaves UK and reaches the destination country.
The next update in tracking will only happen once the parcel has gone through and cleared by customs. This could take anywhere between 5- 20 days depending on the country. So if the tracking has not updated in the meantime, your item is probably in queue at customs.
The next tracking update will happen when the item has come out of custom centre and reaches the local Post Office for delivery.
I cannot predict how long an international delivery can take. For example a parcel to France has taken 7 days, and in another time 30 days!
Where do I get the prints framed?
You can get the perfect sized frames at John Lewis. A4/ A3/ A2 with and without mounts. You can also get the prints framed at a local framer. The reason I don't ship frames is because the weight increases the price of shipping exponentially and no guarantee of non breakage. Since these are fairly standard size prints, it works out better to get the framing done at your end.
What are Giclee Prints. Why are they expensive?
The word Giclée ("g-clay"), is derived from the French verb gicler meaning "to squirt or spray". It a fine art digital printing process combining pigment based inks with 100% cotton paper to achieve prints of superior archival quality, that will not fade for more than 70 years.
The process involves squirting or spraying microscopic dots of pigment-based ink onto high quality art paper or canvas. The image is colour corrected to attain the closest possible match to the original work if required.
In short- Matte prints are brilliant, but Giclee is special.
