Thank you for vising my shop. I have a love for vintage/antiques. I love bottles and just old items in general. Wanted to share it with you.

Payment

I accept payments from PAYPAL.
++++MONEY ORDERS++++ Orders paid by money order will be processed after the money order has been received. Please send payment within 2 days of purchase.

Please MAKE SURE to INCLUDE a note with your payment stating ALL specifics that you want with your item.

Shipping

We pack everything as carefully as possible. Generally speaking most orders will go out within 48- 72 hours of purchase, however, this doesn't include weekends, public holidays.

All items are shipped usps or Fedex ground.
Shipping methods depend on the individual item and the lowest cost for the customer. Most packages will be shipped domestically via USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail Flat Rate.
Insurance is not included in shipping cost but I'll gladly add the cost of insuring your package - just convo me.
• First Class Mail (small items): typically 2-5 business days
• Parcel Post (heavy items): typically 2-9 business days
• Priority Mail: typically 2-3 business days

Please note that busy times of the year the Post Office is extremely busy so please place your order early to allow plenty of time to process and ship

Please ensure your shipping address is up to date, and match in both your paypal and etsy account. If they are different, please let me know at checkout or through a convo which mailing address you would like your parcel sent to.
If you have any questions about shipping please convo me.

(IF you live in HAWAII or ALASKA please contact us before you purchase items, shipping will be adjusted.)

IMPORTANT
If you do not purchase insurance on your package WE CANNOT be held responsible for lost or damaged items! We can't be held responsible AT ALL for ANY damages that happen in transit while it is in the possession of a delivery service.

If you want insurance on your package, please convo us and we will send you an invoice for it.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International shipping will be shipped with USPS. We ship First Class. We are not responsible for International items being lost or damaged in any way. INSURANCE IS NOT PLACED on international shipping. You are responsible for all custom fees and taxes.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do my absolute best to describe each vintage item with integrity and honesty as to its condition. It's important to be mindful that vintage items are VINTAGE.

WE DO NOT REFUND if your address on ETSY is incorrect. WE DO NOT REFUND if your item is DAMAGED in TRANSIT buy INSURANCE. We package our items very well and we claim no responsibility when they are DAMAGED. WE DO NOT REFUND if your item is lost in transit. WE DO NOT REFUND custom orders.

B U Y -- I N S U R A N C E!!!!!!!

If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the return postage. Returns can be made within 10 days of purchase. We will refund the cost of the item less shipping charges. The item must be in original condition, please package carefully.
