After I ordered a mask, I was informed that shipping from Croatia would take some time and was offered the option of waiting or getting a refund. I asked for a refund because we needed masks sooner than they could ship them. I appreciate that we were informed of the delay and they we could cancel the order and get the money back to buy one that we could get sooner. I especially appreciate this because I also ordered other masks from other sellers who did not ship them on time, and they did not inform us of any delay, we waited in vain to get the masks, and in one case they made it difficult to get a refund. Thanks to CRO for their curtesy and professionalism.
