Announcement   Vintage southwest jewelry, findings and supplies - turned wood art and utility items - dollhouse miniatures,

Unique turned wood vases, bowls, miniatures, marble stands, and art featuring burls and exotic woods and materials. Most of my designs are dictated by the material used; I try to choose a shape that will showcase its best characteristics with a minimum of waste - if that turns out to be something unusual, so much the better.

I enjoy creating unique and beautiful pieces; if you would like something you don't find listed, drop me a line and let me know what you would like to see here. Custom orders always welcome - see shop policies for my liberal and unique approach to special requests.

Southwest jewelry making supplies - silver, turquoise, carved fetish beads, heishi, findings, etc. - from the inventory of my 1980's jewelry making shop. Many hard to find and unique items for jewelry making and repair. All items are not listed, so let me know if you need something you don't see here.

Vintage items collected over seven decades. This could include almost anything - watch this space ;·]

About

Helping Mother Nature's beauty shine through.

I've always been fascinated by wood and its myriad colors and grain patterns, and I've spent years collecting exotic woods from all over the world. After I retired, I bought a lathe and started turning some of that collection into bowls and vases and things - the better to showcase the natural beauty of the wood.

Due to a lack of shop space, I got interested in turning miniatures - the same bowls and vases and things, but much smaller. An added benefit is that I'm able to create pieces from some of the rarer woods that are often only available in smaller pieces.

The challenge is to take a piece of wood and determine the best design to showcase and enhance the natural beauty of the wood - then to turn that design into a reality.

Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS; First Class Mail and First Class International for smaller items, Priority Mail and Priority Mail International for larger ones. If you purchase more than one item, I will combine shipping to provide the lowest possible cost to you. Due to variations in size and weight between different items. it is difficult to predict exact shipping charges without knowing the exact items that are being shipped. Accordingly, you can convo me ahead of time to adjust the shipping charges, or I will refund any overcharge.

All customs charges, import duties, and VAT's are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary from country to country. A good import duty calculator can be found here:
http://www.dutycalculator.com/

Because of the numerous restrictions and special conditions for shipping jewelry to various countries, all international shipments of jewelry - or any merchandise valued at more than $100 US - will be via First Class International Registered Mail with Return Receipt. This adds about $14 US to the cost of shipping, but offers better tracking and safety of international packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with an item, please return it for a refund of your purchase price.
