My privacy policy according to DSGVO from 23.05.2018

In order for me to process your order, you must provide me with certain information (for which you have authorized Etsy to provide me). This includes your name, email address, postal address, payment information and information about the product you are ordering. You also have the option to provide me with additional personal information (for example, for a custom jewelry design) if you contact me directly.

Customer data is important for my business. I only release your personal information for specific reasons and under very specific circumstances, as follows:

I only share information with Etsy as necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

I engage certain trusted third party vendors to perform tasks and provide services for my store, such as parcel services. I share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

In general, I will not store your information at all, but only through the
pages as long as the contract processing and cancellation periods require it.

You may have the right to access and obtain a copy of the personal information I have stored about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

You may also be entitled to change your personal data, restrict my use of this data or delete it. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as when I need to store data for legal reasons), I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Objection: You may object to my processing some of your data in order to protect my legitimate interests. In this case, I will delete your personal data, unless it is necessary for legal reasons.
