PAYMENT OPTIONS
FJJP Jewellery must receive payment in full for the price of the goods before the order can be accepted. Once payment in full is received by FJJP Jewellery we will confirm that the order has been accepted. You will receive a confirmation email to the address that was provided in your order form.

Shipping
Once payment has been made all items will be shipped via An Post. An Post is Ireland's national postal service. The shipment will be registered, which provides world wide tracking and a signature will be required on arrival.
Always inspect shipments before signing for them. If a shipment is observed to be damaged, opened or has been tampered with in transit, note any observations on the carriers paperwork on receipt.
Items posted within Ireland should be delivered within 5 working days after the order is placed, however FineJewellery.ie shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.
Items posted to UK and Europe should be delivered within 6-10 working days after the order is placed however FJJP Jewellery shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.
Postage to the Rest of World should be delivered within 10-14 working days after the order is placed, however FJJP Jewellery shall accept no responsibility for delays which occur outside this period.
Contact the carrier immediately and file a claim if a shipment is damaged, opened, or tampered during transit. All cartons and packaging materials should be retained by the customer until after an inspection of the damaged shipment has been made by the carrier.
