The custom portrait came out awesome! I got multiple proofs to review rather quickly and the artist made all the changes I requested. Can't wait to give it to our friends as a wedding gift!

Product was good. Very disappointed in the shipping. I paid over 20 dollars to have it mailed to me and took 3 weeks to receive. Website said it would take 3-5 days. Will not order again for those fees

I’m sorry you were disappointed with the time it took to receive the item, but please notice that your order was shipped on time (we promise 3 days to ship, not to receive the item), and your item was an international shipment sent from the USA to Canada, during a month that the Canadian Post was negotiating a strike and having delays. Our buyers in the USA indeed get their items usually 2 to 3 days after shipment, but international shipments have to go through Customs and take longer than domestic ones. They are also more expensive, as we explained to you before you purchased. We appreciate your feedback, but we hope you understand that your item was shipped on time, and the delay was caused by reasons beyond our control.
Hi, my name is Lucy, and I’m the designer/illustrator behind Lucy Loves Paper. My creations come to life in sunny Southern California. Here I live a laid back life with my hubby, son and cat.
Since early age I've loved to express myself through drawings and paintings, which led me to follow a graphic design degree and take several years of fine arts training. I've a long time passion for children books illustration, a love for mid-century modern art, and an obsession with fun color palettes.
Lucy Loves Paper as the name says, is my project of love. I first started it as a way to share the many personal projects I'd developed over the years. Now I create paper goods, going from wedding stationery to wall art, all united by a unique, fun and modern style. Making art, makes me happier, and my goal is to spread this happiness around with my work.

A Printable file is a Do-It-Yourself affordable print option. We will handle all of your customization during the design process and will provide you with a proof via email to review for any errors. Once you have approved your proof we will provide you with a digital file formatted to your needs so you can easily print from home or at a local print shop. We offer a variety of format options that are better explained below!
Below is a list of the file formats we provide depending on your method of printing.
All finalized files will be sent as High Resolution, 300 dpi files.
a.) Multiple Designs per 8.5”x11” page - PDF
• For printing at home, Staples, Kinkos, Office Max on full sheets of card stock.
• Files are sent with crop marks for easy trimming
c.) Single image file - JPEG
• For printing at a photo lab such as Walgreens, CVS, Costco, Wal-mart etc.

All of our stationery is flat printed on a commercial digital press.
Our art prints are digitally printed with high density archival pigments at ultra premium, Epson card stock paper with matte finish.
Bright white envelopes are complimentary with your printed purchase (excludes programs, menus, enclosures and art prints). Colored envelopes can be arranged for an extra fee.
Final print colors may vary slightly due to regular press calibrations and natural variations in paper weight and stock. Color can differ from that shown on your monitor. Our color chart serves only as a guide.

• All fonts displayed in the sample listing cannot be exchanged for another style font at this time.
• You will receive up to 3 rounds of revisions free of charge, if needed.
Each additional round of revisions will an extra $5 fee.

USA orders ship via USPS Priority. International orders ship USPS First Class. Once you have completed your final order payment, you can expect your package to be shipped within 5 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of these items, no returns or exchanges will be given for printable orders.
We offer guarantee against DOA and non-delivery, but customers are responsible for the information they provide us regarding shipping address, or any applicable information for customization. Furthermore, international customers are responsible for any customs duties and must accept any delays caused by such processes. The prints are be made especially for each order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Orders cannot be canceled once first proof has been sent.
Your design files will be deleted from our storage after 90 days.
We will not have the ability to change, revise or resend your order after 90 days have passed.
Should you decide to revise a past purchase after 60 days you will have to purchase the listing again and provide us with all the information you will like to appear on your design.

It is a strict violation of copyright law to duplicate our designs in any way without our permission.
DIGITAL FILES AND IMAGES
Please note every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Paper type may also effect color.
When submitting professional photographs you agree that you are the photographer or have obtained a release of copyright from the photographer to reproduce them.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1.) What is a printable PDF file?
Printable files are affordable Do-It-Yourself digital designs that are sent via email in PDF file format. No actual items are sent in the mail.
When you receive a printable file you may print out the image on your home printer or you can forward the file over to your local print shop to do the printing for you!
Assembly is required.
3.) How many colors can I choose for one design?
As many as you want. However, I do recommend sticking with the amount of colors used in the sample listing to ensure perfect design flow and continuity.
6.) Where can I get my printable PDF file printed?
We recommend using Staples, Kinkos or your local Print or Copy Shop. They will print them for you and all you have to do is cut them out! They can also cut it for you and the rates are usually pretty cheap. Just make sure you take in a sample and see if they are able to cut accurately before you commit to them.
If you're cutting it yourself, we also recommend using a paper trimmer to ensure straight edges.
7.) For printable orders, what type of paper do you recommend?
We recommend using card stock, 110# in weight or heavier. Card stock can be purchased at your local craft shop or office supply store.
8.) I've printed out my printable file but the colors aren't exactly the same as on the screen?
Please keep in mind all printers and monitors are calibrated differently and color can vary from what is shown on your monitor.
If printing from home, for best results, we recommend using an inkjet printer.
9.) I have an idea of a design I want, do you take custom order requests?
Yes, I do! Just convo me and we can discuss. We can also customize color and wording (but not fonts) from our pre-designed templates available in our shop at no cost.
10.) Can I edit my design once I receive my final file?
No. Files can only be altered by From Lucy With Love due to Copyrights.
