💫 Sizing Information
We use our own FORHN Size Guide (cm and inches). For the best fit, please refer closely to your body measurements, especially:
• Chest (V1)
• Waist (V2)
• Hips (V3)
• Length
US sizing varies between brands, so following measurements is the most accurate way to select your size.

Available Sizes: XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL | XXXL

Please kindly note:
• Our sizing is based on standard body measurements, not garment measurements.
• Finished pieces are sewn to be true to size or slightly roomier for comfort.
• Fit preference varies by person, so while we do our best, we cannot guarantee a “perfect fit” for everyone.
• As a small handmade shop, we cannot measure customers directly — we rely on the size chart and information provided by buyers.
• If you’re between sizes → Message us for sizing help before ordering.
• Actual colors may vary due to monitor settings, device brightness, and lighting conditions.
• As with all handmade items and fabric-based garments, all products may carry a natural ±1–1.5cm/0.5inch .

Since our studio is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, standard international shipping usually takes about 15–21 days after the date of shipment (sometimes sooner, depending on the postal system).
However, this timeframe is only an estimate, and we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as international transit and customs processing can vary by country.

🧺 Care Instructions
To preserve your garment and keep colors vibrant, we recommend:
• Hand wash gently in cool water.
• Separate dark and light colors.
• Avoid strong detergents or rough materials.
• Keep away from sharp surfaces; handle thin straps gently.
• Iron/steam on the inside at the lowest heat setting for silk. Avoid high temperatures to prevent damage.

📦 Returns & Refunds Policy
We gladly accept returns that meet the following conditions:
• Return within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item (via Etsy Messages).
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original labels intact (not cut or removed from the product).
• All Tax & Original shipping fee from Vietnam is non-refundable.
• Buyer covers return shipping to our studio in Ho Chi Minh City and a $4.90–$9.40 processing fee per item (depending on design).
• Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund via Etsy credit (if all conditions are met).

Not Eligible for Returns:
• Custom-made items
• Personalized orders
• “Custom Request” listings
