No refunds or returns on custom orders.
Bath Towels, Sleepwear, Hammocks and face masks
No returns on bath towels, sleepwear, hammocks or face masks due to hygiene issues. Reptiles can be carriers of deadly viruses without showing signs of the virus. It is for this reason that items that can come in contact with the animals “intimate” areas are not returnable or exchanged. I would not want to be responsible for passing along any items to any of my customers that would put their precious pet in danger. Face masks are not returnable or refundable due to hygiene issues. I will not resell any mask once it has left this shop no exchanges or refunds allowed. Thank you for understanding. If you have any specific questions about my return policy please message me. If the item is damaged a replacement or refund will be issued.
Returns due to incorrect shipping address being provided at time of sale
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address being provided at the time of sale we will charge shipping to resend or we will subtract the shipping cost if you prefer a refund on the item. If you have any questions, please message us.
LIVE PLANT return / refund Policy
If your plant should arrive damaged, we require that you notify us WITHIN 24 HOURS of the plant being delivered. Please provide photos of the damage to the plant as well as the box. We will assess the damage and if necessary send a replacement or issue a refund.
