How should I take care of my jewelry?
In order to preserve your jewelry, we recommend the following:
> Wash your hands with the ring on. Water will act as a natural polish and keep the ring clean and shining!
> Store jewelry away in a box or bag
> Avoid direct contact with lotions, oils, perfumes, hand sanitizer and any chemicals
Remove jewelry before:
> Entering swimming pool/ocean water
> Going to bed
> Gardening
> Exercising
> Outdoor activities
To clean and bring back shine
For Gold Filled Jewelry:
>From time to time, please take a soft, clean sponge and a small amount of soap and gently wash the item.
For Silver Jewelry:
From time to time, gently wipe the item with a soft, clean, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly. Then use a polishing cloth to restore its shine.
Is 14k gold-fill good quality?
Yes! 14k gold-filled jewelry is good quality and designed to last a long time with proper care. Gold-filled materials sourced from U.S. contain a thick layer of real 14k gold that is permanently bonded to a base metal, making it much more durable than standard gold plating.
It maintains its shine, beauty, and strength over time, and is generally tarnish-resistant and water-resistant. Our pieces can be worn during everyday activities such as washing your hands.
I need a different size. What can I do?
Since each piece is made to order, customers send back their rings to me and I offer complimentary ring resizing. The return process is only if you do not wish to keep your rings and would like a refund. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must purchase return shipping for the item.
*Rings that have been resized or exchanged are no longer eligible for refund/exchange/resize. *Earrings are final sale for reasons of hygiene and safety. If there is a price difference for size exchange, the current daily price will apply.
My tracking shows that my item was delivered, but I didn't receive my item. What should I do?
Please call your local post office to learn more about the delivery of your item. Also, ask your neighbors, sometimes mistakes happen. If you believe the package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Due to the escalation of porch thefts, we are not responsible when USPS says your package was delivered. If this is something that has happened or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location and follow tracking information to ensure safe delivery.
