The policies on this page are meant to give you an idea of how I run my business and what you can expect. Please feel free to contact me with any specific questions that are not answered here or elsewhere in my shop.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you find the item to be different that what you expected and you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me via the Etsy conversations!
Unsolicited returns are not guaranteed a refund. If there is a defect in the order that was not listed in the item description, I will certainly issue a refund. However please read all item descriptions carefully as most items are precut and prewashed, though are without major defects. Please convo me to discuss the details.
I do not refund shipping fees, and refunds will be issued after an item is returned to me.
I do want you to be pleased with anything you buy from me, so rest assured that i will do my best to make sure you do not even have to worry about refunds!
Payment
For your safety as well as mine, I only accept payment through PayPal. This allows us to easily track if and when a payment was sent or received and whether the item has been shipped or not.

If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase prior to finalizing the payment, please let me know as soon as possible. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, I will first contact you to try to resolve the issue(s). If I still do not hear from you within 72 hours of a purchase being made through Etsy, I will cancel the sale and leave feedback as appropriate.

~*~Coupon Codes~*~
Every so often I have sales through my blog, Twitter, Facebook, or other source with a coupon code. At this time, there is no way for Etsy to take the percentage off your order so you can either
A) Contact me prior to the purchase, and I will make a custom listing for you reflecting the discounted price
or
B) Leave the coupon code in the Message to Seller at Checkout, and I will refund the discounted amount within 48 hours.
Shipping
Overcharges on Shipping
I strive to keep my shipping prices low and fair. If I ever over charge you more than $0.50, I will refund the difference within 48 hours of shipment.

Unless otherwise specified, I ship via USPS First Class Mail. I purchase all of my labels for domestic shipping through PayPal, so you and I will both have tracking information.

INSURANCE is not automatically added to shipments. If you would like to have the package insured, please leave me a note in the Message to Seller at checkout or contact me as soon as possible after purchase to let me know you would like this option. I will either edit your listing (if you have not yet made the purchase) or invoice you the extra amount for insurance.

In the event that a package is lost in the mail, I cannot be held responsible. This is something the buyer needs to contact their local post office about. This is one reason I use PayPal shipping so we can both keep a record of where a package has been. Please know that this is very rare (has not happened to me), but our postal system is not perfect!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
I am happy to ship internationally, but the same policies apply regarding insurance and what happens if a package is lost in the mail. If you would like to be able to track your package, please contact me prior to purchase as this often affects the price of international shipping.
If your country is not listed in the shipping profile of a listing, feel free to send me a convo to get a more accurate price quote.
