Thanks so much for coming to FabParlor! A lot of love, care, and time goes into every order! I work very hard to ensure every transaction goes smoothly and that buyers receive their items in a timely manner. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact me so I can make it right!

Payment

I accept Paypal or credit card transactions.

Reserved/Custom order listings will remain posted for up to two weeks in order for buyer to make a purchase. A reminder message will be sent before listing is deactivated.

-Custom orders-
I do my best to accommodate all custom order requests. Since each project is different, pricing and project completion will vary. Your deadlines are important to me, so please make sure I am aware of them, from the start. I require upfront payment in full for all custom work. All custom orders are final sale.

FabParlor retains the rights to cancel or refuse service.

All designs are copyrighted by FabParlor.

Shipping

Please read each listing carefully for made to order or processing time frames.

All order are shipped flat, with stable backing and bubble wrap. Instructions for assembly are included. Confirmation message/email with tracking number is sent on the date shipped.

Please make sure all addresses entered at checkout are correct and current. Lost packages due to missing or incorrect addresses entered by the buyer are not the responsibility of the seller.

US CUSTOMERS:

Ready to ship: Please allow 1-3 days for order processing, packaging and handling. Unless otherwise requested or specified, I ship via USPS priority mail days or first class mail.

Made to order: Please carefully read individual listing details. Most orders will ship within 1-3 weeks of purchase. Unless otherwise requested or specified, I ship via USPS priority mail (2-3) days or first class.

Custom Orders: Deadlines, completion dates and shipping are discussed on an individual basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Ready to ship: Please allow 1-3 days for order processing, packaging and handling. Unless otherwise requested or specified, I ship via USPS customs (6-10 days).

Made to order: Please carefully read individual listing details. Most orders will ship within 1-3 weeks of purchase. Unless otherwise requested or specified, I ship via USPS customs (6-10 days).

Custom Orders: Deadlines, completion dates and shipping are discussed on an individual basis.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted if buyer contacts seller within 7 days of confirmed delivery of the package. Item must be in original condition to receive full refund. Buyer pays return shipping cost. If item is damaged during transit, or there is an error with the order, please message me immediately.

Exchanges are accepted if buyer contacts me within 7 days of order delivery. Details of trade to be negotiated individually.

Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Custom orders (orders which are made in variation from original designs including style, color and material) are final sale.

Wholesale orders are not eligible for partial refund. The whole order must be returned in unopened packaging in order to receive the full funds.

Large orders (over $300) are only eligible for 50% refund. Fifty percent is considered a non-refundable deposit that covers material expense.
