Custom and Personalized Orders & Notes
Yes, we can personalize things but it will vary depending on each item. Please reach out if you have any questions.
For adding notes: during holidays and larger shipping weeks, we unfortunately cannot accommodate this. If you add a note to the seller wanting to add a note to an order, it will not be added. However, please reach out if you have a question regarding this and I will see what I can do!
Color Disclaimer
Colors may vary from on-screen listing photo and the final product. Due to screen and resolutions of different screens, we cannot guarantee the color you see on screen matches perfectly and accurately to the true, identical, color of the item.
International Orders
We do currently offer international shipping to Canada on some of our products.
For international orders, we are not responsible for duties and local taxes that are levied by your local postal service. The buyer and/or recipient is responsible for any and all customs charges that may incur at the point of entry.
Please check with your customs office for a breakdown of any additional fees or taxes that may incur prior to ordering. We do not refund orders.
For International shipping: please add 1 to 2 weeks for shipping (this is not our processing time, only shipping) for your order to get through customs and over to you.
Shipping Policy (excluding Free Shipping products)
We offer standard shipping rates for the Contiguous U.S. (the lower 48 states) only. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories may require an additional shipping surcharge.
Please select the upgrade shipping option "Non-Contiguous US Surcharge" if your shipping address is outside the Contiguous U.S. If the upgrade is not selected, we may contact you to adjust shipping charges before processing
your order.
Care Instructions for Mugs with Vinyl Designs
All of our listings will have the care instructions for that individual item in the listing details.
We use high quality, professional grade outdoor vinyl and adhesive when creating our mugs with vinyl designs. Glass mugs with vinyl designs should be hand washed with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not soak. These mugs are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Air or pat dry for longevity.
How soon will I get my order?
Please see the "What is your current processing time?" FAQ response here for updated shop processing times.
Some of our products ship separately and you may receive multiple tracking numbers per your order depending on what items you order.
Please note: Once USPS or UPS has the order, we have zero control over the delays or delivery dates. If tracking is stalled, please remain patient as USPS does not always show updates in a timely matter.
Wrong Address or Lost items
Wrong Address: If you put the wrong address, please reach out within an hour of placing the order. We begin processing our orders same day and once it is being processed, it is unfortunately out of our hands.
Lost Items: Once we begin processing your order and dropped off to the mail service, it is out of the sellers hands. We provide tracking on most items (mugs, etc.) so the buyer has the ability to track and locate their order. If your order is lost or does not arrive, please contact me so we can come up with a solution.
Returned or Undeliverable Items
If an order is returned as undeliverable due to buyer error (e.g., incorrect address, "unable to forward," "unclaimed," "refused mail," etc.), we cannot issue a refund. As all items are made to order, reshipping may not always be possible. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate next steps.
If the issue is buyer-related, you may purchase reshipping, which includes full shipping fees (calculated based on the updated address, not the original flat rate), as well as handling and processing costs (supplies to reship, time for processing, etc.). Charges will vary depending on the contents of your order. If reshipping is not arranged within 15 days of notification, the item will be donated.

Can I cancel my order?
We do not allow cancellations, however, please reach out within 4 hours of initial purchase and we will review case by case.
