Fable Candles currently offers 2 shipping methods:

IMPORTANT NOTICE
We strongly advise you to choose a service that provides a tracking number or signed for in case your items might be lost, stolen or delayed. If you do not have a tracking number or a parcel that is not signed for, Fable Candles will not be held responsible for them and we will be unable to help you with your order or issue a refund.
SHIPPING TIME
Candles will be shipped via Royal Mail. Current processing time before shipping is 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped. Domestic orders take up to 1 week to arrive from the shipment date (sometimes longer).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately we cannot offer international postage at this time.
WITH ANOTHER ITEM
Etsy's "With Another Item" Shipping calculator is a little confusing. They've made it so the customer can buy multiple items without having to pay full shipping on both items, since likely it's a little cheaper to send multiple items together than it is to mail them separately. It is not meant as a shipping discount. You will always be charged the highest shipping price, and then the cheaper "with another item" shipping cost will be added.
LOST/STOLEN/DELAYED ORDERS
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
Fable Candles is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that cannot have the insurance claimed (tracking labels that read "Delivered"). We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we apologise, but it is out of our control. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
Unfortunately, we do not have any more information than you do once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and have the tracking number that we provide handy.
RETURNED ORDERS
Please verify that you have the correct mailing address before placing an order. If a customer has entered incorrect information, they are responsible for additional postage to resend it. If an item is returned to us for any other reason it is up to the buyer to repay shipping fees to have it resent. If you choose not to have it resent we can refund you the cost of the items, but not the original shipping fees.
