Privacy Policy

Fabretto values the privacy of contacts and takes privacy concerns very seriously. This policy reflects Fabretto’s core values of service, good faith, and respect, which serve as guiding principles for all areas of Fabretto’s work.

Disclosure of Contact Data

Fabretto will not trade, share or sell a contact’s personal information with anyone else, nor send contact mailings on behalf of other organizations. The site administrator may use anonymous user data to create and report the browsing and/or form completion activities of anonymous users.

Fabretto will only share or sell personal information once the contact has given Fabretto specific permission to do.

Fabretto does not share personally identifiable information about a Contact with anyone. Such transactions include, but are not limited to, cash donations, in-kind donations, volunteering, planned giving, purchasing items, membership setup or renewal, event registration, and E-newsletter mailing list sign-up.

When a Contact performs a transaction that requires him to be identified to Fabretto, and if the transaction involves a payment, the site’s credit card processors are the only parties granted access to that Contact personal information.

All personally identifiable information of Contacts that is provided voluntarily during the online sign-up process is retained and used by Fabretto in order to serve the Contact in performing functions on the website. Each Contact may review or modify the information that was provided during sign-up. Fabretto does not engage in spamming and indiscriminate advertising.

Fabretto reserves the right to release information on Internet Users if compelled to do so by proper judicial or governmental authorities. Disclosure shall be limited to only to those authorities that Fabretto is compelled to disclose to. At present, all information processing occurs in the United States or in Spain.

Opt-Out Policy

As required by the CAN-SPAM act, Fabretto contacts may unsubscribe from e-mail lists. A link to the unsubscribe form will always be provided at the bottom of all e-mail communications.

Fabretto will never subscribe online contacts who have already unsubscribed from Fabretto’s general e-mail list. Sending an email to someone who has previously unsubscribed is a violation of CAN-SPAM. Fabretto makes sure the unsubscribe process is being handled automatically for all of our users.

Offline contacts who would like to be permanently deleted from Fabretto’s general database, may contact Fabretto at any time through the following email: info@fabretto.org
