💜 How do you wash faux fur?
Always try spot washing first! Using a damp cloth gently rub the area clean. You can also hand wash the fur in cold water using a small amount of mild detergent and hang to dry. If machine washing is necessary, follow these steps:
♡ Machine wash in a cold/delicate cycle. (Mild detergent. NO bleach!)
♡ Hang to dry. (Never dry with heat - the fibers are synthetic and will melt. Also, avoid the sun- it will fade the fur.)
♡ When dry- fluff the fur by shaking it.
♡ If grooming is necessary, do so with a wide-tooth comb. (Do not use a brush or small tooth comb as it will ruin the smooth fibers of the fur and make them appear frizzy.)

💜 I ordered two or more squares but I only received one, help!
Please check the measurements of the piece you received. Quantities of two or more squares in a single color are typically cut as one continuous piece. :) All of your fur is there! (Be sure to unroll the fur! Often, multiple colors are rolled into one for packaging purposes.)
💜 Is it normal for the fur to shed?
Yes! Faux fur fibers are woven into the backing. When faux fur is cut, it will always shed. While I do my best to de-fuzz pieces of fur prior to shipping, some additional shedding is completely normal and expected. Give the fur a good shake by holding the piece in the middle and shaking it- do so over a trash can, outdoors, or in an area where you won't mind the flying fur! Then go around the edges lightly pulling at the fur to get rid of any additional loose fibers.
*Note: Avoid pulling too hard, you do not want to pull the fibers from the backing if they are not already loose.
💜 What are considered to be normal imperfections in faux fur?
All of our furs are thoroughly inspected before being cut and shipped. If a piece is damaged, it will not be shipped. However, faux fur is occasionally prone to a few normal imperfections from the manufacturer. These do not impact the ability to use the fur and therefore are not considered to be abnormal.
Some things commonly seen on faux fur include writing on the backing from the manufacturer, some damage to the selvage edge (fabric edge), and small lines or depressions in the fur (depending on how tightly the fur was rolled on the bolt). These can be brushed, steamed, or allowed to fall out on their own over time.

If, upon receiving your products, you have any questions or concerns, reach out and we will work together to find a solution.🙂 Please send a photo of your package, the receipt, & the contents (unroll the fur- incl photos of front & back). Make sure photos are clear and well lit. Send photos via Etsy messaging.
Items will not be eligible for a refund if:
* Item was refused upon delivery.
* An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
* Item was returned to sender for any reason other than USPS damaged the package. (Incl. postal delays.)
* Items have been altered, cut, used, washed, dried, contain smells/odors, or are stained in any way.

💜 Do you ship Internationally?
Yes. However, International shipping fees vary depending on the destination & the total weight & package size. As such, International shipments are done via custom orders.
I would be happy to provide you with a custom quote for International shipping. Please include a list of what you will be ordering including the sizes and quantities of each item along with your mailing address. I will provide you with estimates for all of the mailing options available to you provided it is feasible to ship to your location.
