MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER with the elegant and convenient table linens I
offer in my shop!
The cotton fabric that I import from Provence in France is coated
with an acrylic film on 1 side OR is treated Teflon.
The result is a stain free and waterproof product: tablecloths,
runners, bread baskets, snack bags that don't need to be
washed in the machine, but just wiped off.
ALSO IN MY SHOP: 100% NATURAL COTTON TABLECLOTHS.
My products were featured on TV : Channel KATU 2 in Portland,
Oregon, few years ago with Richard Bloom for a
Mediterranean theme
I have a lot of fun cutting, sewing and " playing" with them in order to create these products you won't find anywhere else.
We are proud to offer a large variety of kitchen linens along with a large range of prices, material and colors.
Thank you so much for enjoying my products, for buying them with trust and enthusiasm.

5 out of 5 starsIt's a very nice tablecloth with a great design. Definitely a better fit for outdoor use, given the coating that is on the cloth.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful quality! I purchased napkins, table cloth, and placemats while visiting in Oregon, last year. Purchase a new tablecloth for the coming spring, and some more placemats. Couldn’t be happier.
About FabricOfProvence
After living 15 years in Provence I decided to share my background and the beautiful fabric that region of France inherited from India.
Here is the video I made about the history of fabric of Provence:

Bonjour!
My name is Mireille. It means " Mary" in Provencal language.
I am a French native, living in the US since 22 years now and more specifically in Portland, OR.
Before moving in that beautiful state with my American husband and 2 kids , I lived for 15 years in Provence where my mom's family was from. She was born in Nice and her grand pa and dad were the first pastry chefs there after World war 1 and World War 2.
We moved here to give our kids a bilingual education and to fulfill my dream job : teaching physical education to elementary kids.
Arriving here I decided to share my background and the beautiful fabric they produce there, inherited from India.
In 1999 I became part of a farmer's market close to home , trying to make my products known to the public. I am still part of that market, 20 years after !
I love to create products with small pieces of fabric and big ones too!I love lavender and make unique sachets that you won't find anywhere else.
I also do Lavender festivals during the Summer, very popular in Oregon and Holiday fair during the Winter and now I have the joy to share these products on Etsy !

Care instructions
What is the Care instruction for the cotton COATED table cloths in the shop?
They are coated with a thin acrylic coating applied to the surface on one side of the table cloth that makes it resistant to spills and stains and very easy to wipe clean with a sponge and a mild cleaning agent.
SO EASY CARE!
No worries of wine, tomato sauce spilling!!! Perfect for outdoor Summer parties. Perfect for messy guests, kids, husband.
This fabric is also practical for everyday use at the kitchen table for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On occasion these products made out cotton coated are machine washable in cold water .Dryer is safe in low or delicate setting. Ironing as needed on the reverse side ONLY.
Custom and personalized orders
They are my favorite and there is no extra charge for a custom made tablecloth, runner or anything you would like to have done just for you.
My only limitation is the amount of fabric that I carry in my shop!
Ask me and I will do my best to fulfill your need.
Care instructions
Is an acrylic coated Table cloth stain free?
YES! And water proof!
The acrylic coating on the top of the cotton fabric makes the table cloth stain resistant and water proof. No more worries about ketchup, tomato sauce. Just wipe it off with a sponge and mild detergent and YOU ARE DONE!
Avoid markers, nail polish and be careful with some news paper and some spices as turmeric that are very
Care instructions
What is the Care instruction for a Jacquard Teflon cotton table cloth?
Let me explain to you first what is a JACQUARD fabric. Jacquard means the design is incorporated in the woven instead of being dyed.
All of our Jacquard tablecloths are treated with a TEFLON based fabric protection that causes liquid to bead up and roll off of them and they are very easy to wash ( warm water). They are very popular for dining room tables because they are both very elegant and convenient.
Care instructions
OUTDOOR use ( but not only!) is a must for the cotton coated table cloths. Wipe them off with a sponge and a mild detergent after each meal.
I would not recommend leaving them outside for an extended period of time , especially on rainy days as nothing is mold and mildew free.
At the end of the season I wash mine in the washing machine( cold water) , hand it to dry, fold it and put it away in the closet with a nice lavender bag ( that I make and sell in my shop) in between the layers.....
