I strongly recommend to choose a shipping upgrade.
In this case, the shipment will be sent by ELTA Courier and delivered by DHL Express much sooner.
(5-15 business days worldwide).

Also, unfortunately many countries are not connected by Postal Mail at all at this time of the pandemic.
To these countries I can ship only via DHL Express.
If you cannot find your country available for standard shipping, please contact me to give you a quote for DHL Express.

Due to global mail shipping disruptions from COVID-19 and the measures taken around the world, likely, there may be shipping delays.
Please, note, that delivery by standard shipping may surpass 8-9 weeks in some cases.
Europe: 10-20 business days (except Spain and Italy. Those counties often requires up to 40 business days).
United States: 15-45 business days.
Australia: 20-45 business days.
Canada : 25-55 business days.
Elsewhere globally: 20-65 business days.

All items are shipped from Athens, Greece by Hellenic Postal Service (ELTA), by International Registered Mail, with tracking number, Signature Required.
Especially to UK, Germany and Canada, the shipment may be by International Tracked Mail, no signature required.
You 'll receive your parcel from your National Post Carrier.

If you have chosen a shipping upgrade, then your parcel will be sent by ELTA Courier and delivered by DHL Express.
A telephone number is mandatory for this shipment.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If your parcel return back to me marked as "Unclaimed" "Wrong address" or "Unknown", you'll need to pay again the shipping cost in order to ship it for a second time to you.
No refunds on auto-returned parcels.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

Online tracking services for International Registered Mail is not available from all National Post Carriers.
I cannot guarantee that your parcel will be tracked online after leaving Greece, that depends from the services provided from your National Post Carrier.
Australian and Canadian Post do not offers online tracking for international registered mail.
If you are interested to non-registered mail, please contact me before purchase.

If a customer want to access, correct or delete personal information held by Etsy, the customer had to send a request directly to Etsy. I do not have any power on Etsy's data.
