2️⃣If I mess up the installation of my decal, can I get another one?

✅ Yes! We’ll replace your decal if it’s damaged during installation.

In most cases, we’ll send a replacement for free (case by case).
If a replacement isn't free, we offer a discounted reprint.

3️⃣ Why is your FaceMemory decal different from others with photos?

✅ Unlike most photo decals, ours are made with high-quality, long-lasting materials.
🛑 Many decals on Etsy are ink-printed directly onto vinyl and fade quickly in sunlight.
✨ Our decals are printed in white ink on clear vinyl (8”–18”) or die-cut from solid white vinyl (18”+).

4️⃣ Can I get this decal in a different color?

✅ Right now, all decals are white. Custom color options may be available—message us to ask!

5️⃣ Will this decal work on tinted windows?

✅ Yes! White decals stand out best on tinted windows. If your window is light-colored, consider placing the decal on a darker surface.

6️⃣ How do I apply the decal?

✅ Super easy! Just peel, place, and smooth!
🧼 Clean the surface before applying (must be dry & dust-free).
📌 Peel off the backing and carefully place the decal.
✨ Press firmly and smooth out any air bubbles.
⏳ Let it set for 24 hours before washing or exposing it to heavy weather.

7️⃣ What is the difference between Printed Vinyl and Premium DieCut Vinyl?

✅ Printed Vinyl decals are clear vinyl, with your design printed on using special white ink. The design is exactly the same. Because we are able to produce printed decals faster, we can offer them at a significantly reduced price in comparison to our premium decals. We also offer the printed decals in smaller sizes.

Premium DieCut decals are created by cutting your design out of a single piece of white vinyl. These decals have a more crisp edge, and the white is more vivid and contrasting. We can produce premium decals larger than printed decals. Premium decals take longer to make, and use a thicker material, so our price reflects that.

8️⃣ Can you create Premium DieCut decals smaller than 20"?

✅ Yes, we have the ability to create them smaller, but cost varies depending on the size and details of the design. Please contact us for a special order quote.
