A godsend face cloth for sensitive skin

Fairface™ Washcloths were created after my own personal experience struggling with sensitive skin issues and are truly a labor of love to all who suffer from sensitive skin.

As far back as I can remember, my skin has always been sensitive, but after being diagnosed with Rosacea, my sensitive skin care needs jumped to a whole new level. In my search for skin care products gentle enough for my tender skin, try as I might, I could not find a washcloth or face cloth that was gentle enough for my skin. Even washing as gently as I could with regular washcloths left my sensitive skin red, irritated and inflamed.

In a moment of clarity, I realized that in order to find something to meet my ultra-sensitive skin care needs, I needed to create it myself. After researching and testing out gentle fabrics and materials, the first Fairface Washcloth was born. From the first use, my skin finally felt the relief it needed. Each wash was soothing and gentle, without irritation. My skin had never looked or felt better and I was finally able to break the cycle of redness, irritation and inflammation and allow my skin to heal.

Since that day, I haven't looked back and won't use anything else on my sensitive skin. As I began sharing these life changing washcloths with the world, people have shared their stories with me about how much Fairface Washcloths have helped their sensitive skin.

It makes me so happy to help others find relief from their sensitive skin suffering and I am thrilled to share Fairface™ Washcloths with those who suffer from Rosacea, Eczema, Psoriasis, Dermatitis, and other sensitive skin conditions. Say goodbye to those old scratchy washcloths forever!

Once payment is received, all sales are considered final. Since Fairface ™ Washcloths products are for personal hygiene use, they are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping
Once payment has been received, every effort will be made to send your order as quickly as possible!

PLEASE make sure your shipping address and ship-to information are correct in Etsy and/or Paypal. If your address/ship-to information are incorrect it will delay shipment; and please understand you will be responsible for additional shipping fees if your address/ship-to information is not correct and items have already shipped.

U.S. ORDERS
All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS [United States Postal Service] with package tracking, (unless otherwise noted) and generally arrive within 4-7 business days for first class and 1-3 business days for Priority. For expedited services beyond priority (requiring additional shipping fees), please contact me directly.

If you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me right away. If your package arrives damaged, please keep everything in the condition it was received and contact me within 2 days of delivery.

Custom orders may take longer to create and ship. An estimated shipping date will be discussed with your custom order.

FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANIES:
If you have chosen to use a freight forwarding company who receives and then re-sends your merchandise overseas, please understand our policy. Once we have shipped your order to the address you designate, we have fulfilled our responsibility to deliver your order. If for some reason the freight forwarding company you have selected does not get your order to you, you will need to communicate with them to resolve the issue. We do not refund merchandise not received after we have fulfilled our responsibility of initial shipment to the address you indicated with your payment. Thank you for your understanding.

On a rare occurrence, if additional shipping fees apply, you will be notified before your order is shipped so you can decide whether to proceed with your order.

Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price of the item(s). Shipping times vary by country, from 10-45 days. We always hope you receive your package in a timely manner!

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES:
If you have been waiting for an unreasonable length of time to receive your package, please contact me. I will do my best to try and determine where your shipment is.

What is the difference between Original Fairface Washcloths and Delicate Fairface Washcloths?
