LOST IN TRANSIT:
I’m unable to provide replacement orders if the order has been marked "Delivered" by USPS. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number so they can double check the GPS coordinates where it was scanned as "Delivered." If a package has not moved in 7-10 business days, please reach out to USPS to get additional tracking information. I unfortunately do not have any additional resources when dealing with USPS.
MULTIPLE ORDERS:
If you place more than one order within 1-2 business days please message me with your order number so that I may combine shipping for you.
Tracking hasn’t updated (2020 issue)
I do apologize for any delays you experience. I drop off orders when you get your shipment email notification. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have noticed that USPS has not been scanning packages in right away. Please understand that this is not my fault as a business owner.

❗️IMPORTANT! Please be aware that shipments may experience delays due to COVID-19 and other USPS delays. All items will be properly disinfected before being shipped. Please know it is not my fault as a business that USPS is taking longer than usual to scan packages in. If your package has not been scanned in or is stuck in transit please message me immediately! I will definitely follow up with USPS and do all that I can to try and get your package located, get an eta of when it will be processed, or send out a replacement.
