This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com.

** Information I Use **

You have provided Etsy with your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I only use this information to fill the order you placed with me. As an Etsy seller, I never receive your actual credit card number as that processing is handled by Etsy itself or PayPal.



** Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It **

1. To provide my services; fill orders, settle disputes or provide customer service.
2. If you have provided your affirmative consent to sign up for my mailing list, which you may revoke at any time.
3. If necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
4. Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.



** Information Sharing and Disclosure **

Your privacy is very important to me. Here are the only other service providers that will see your information when you shop with me:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Credit card or Payment Processing Companies
Depending on the option you choose at checkout, either PayPal or Etsy Payments will authorize your credit card processing on behalf of my shop, Faith Paper Shop. I never have access to your credit card number or PayPal login information. Please refer to the Etsy and PayPal Private Policies for further payment processing questions.



** Data Retention **

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fill your order as described in my Privacy Policy. After your order is complete and shipped, I only access your information from Etsy one time to file my quarterly State and Federal Sales taxes.
