You have provided Etsy with your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. We only use this information to fill the order you placed with Annalie Handmade. As an Etsy seller, we never receive your actual credit card number as that processing is handled by Etsy itself or PayPal.

Why Annalie Handmade May Use Your Information:
1. To provide services, fill orders, and/or provide customer service.
2. If you have provided your affirmative consent to sign up for our mailing list, which you may revoke at any time.
3. If necessary to comply with a legal obligation, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.

Depending on the option you choose at checkout, either PayPal or Etsy Payments will authorize your credit card processing on behalf of Annalie Handmade. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fill your order as described in this Privacy Policy. After your order is complete and shipped, we only access limited sales information from Etsy to file quarterly State and Federal Sales taxes.
