5 out of 5 starsWhen it arrived it was packaged/wrapped very well. Took me a bit to open it. Lol. Looks nice. I like that the cards can be changed out with ones we already have. I think my bf will love that! This is going to be an xmas present! He will love it! I will be purchasing other items from this shop in the future.

5 out of 5 starsThe Randy Johnson Shadow box I ordered was a gift for my boyfriend and it is amazing!! It was bigger than I expected (I also didn't even measure..) and he LOVED IT!!! Great gifts and man-cave decor. Now I'll have to get the other one for him for xmas :)

I am sorry you feel that way. As per our conversation, you said the frame" fell apart unwrapping it" which is impossible as I use an epoxy glue and 3 corner framing pins to connect each corner. It also means that it arrived via the post service in perfect condition. If it was broken when it arrived, you would/could have reached out to me and I would have replaced it. The fact that you didn't want to go through the "red tape"(which there is none) of contacting me and returning it, makes me think that you mishandled the product when opening it and broke it, albeit accidently. In 7 years, and thousands of purchases here on ETSY and at craft shows all over the country, no one has had theirs just fall apart. I wish you would have reached out to me before screwing the frame to the wall and destroying it more.

5 out of 5 starsMy boyfriend LOVEDDDD ...was smiling ear to ear when he received and was already to go look for another one. Personally shipping took a little long than I liked, but I guess it was all worth it when it arrived. Packaging was very thought out as to make sure the frame would not arrive broken. Also, really loved the personal note that was added to the package very much appreciated that ..as it was a surprise gift.
