All of our machine embroidery designs are 100% manually digitized to ensure the highest quality.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ - You are purchasing digitized embroidery designs (not a keyboard font), and an embroidery machine is required to use these designs along with appropriate software and means to send designs from your computer to your embroidery machine.

Receiving your designs via internet download is FREE. Design files will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.

We have several formats available including but not limited to: ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX.

PLEASE SPECIFY THE FORMAT YOU WOULD LIKE IN THE COMMENT SECTION AT CHECKOUT.

If you don't choose a format PES will be sent automatically.

If you prefer to receive designs mailed on cd the cost is $7.95. Numerous designs sets can be included on one cd and only one cd fee is charged if all items are ordered at the same time.

Due to the electronic nature of the designs and their ability to be copied, we do not offer refunds. No Exceptions. It is your responsibility to know if the designs fit your embroidery machine. If you resize the design, we will not guarantee stitch quality. Our designs have been tested in the formats and sizes we offer. If you order the wrong format we will happily send the correct format via a new download link. Should you receive faulty or corrupted files, we are happy to replace them. When you purchase designs or fonts from Fancy Fonts Embroidery, you are purchasing the right to use the design on items you sell or for personal use. You may not sell, trade, giveaway, modify and claim as your own any of the fonts and designs themselves and they remain the sole property of Fancy Fonts Embroidery.
