I do not accept returns but it is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or you are not happy for any reason please contact me before leaving feedback so that we can resolve.

Shipping
All packages are shipped through Canada Post. Canadian orders are usually received within 7 business days. US and international orders usually arrive within 12-15 days or sooner depending on customs. ***Please understand that I have no control over shipping time, your patience and understanding is appreciated***. US packages are sent via Small Packet Air with no tracking and no insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package contact me for a quote
Once your package is in Canada Posts hands I am not responsible for it. If you pay express shipping and your package takes longer then stated this is not in my control and you will not be refunded for your shipping charges.
Customers outside of Canada - you are responsible for any custom/ duty charges that may apply. Contact your local post office for information. I will not accept any returns due to custom/ duty charges. I cannot change parcel values or mark as a gift unless it is a gift. Lying on a custom form can result in a $10,000 fine.
