For health & hygiene reasons as well as each item being custom made (printed and shipped from our printer), we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. In the case you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away. Message us with a photo of the item, laying flat from the front, with a description of the problem. We will do our best to take care of any issues.

We print every item on-demand & our items come from different suppliers across the US & in China. Shipping times may vary, and some items may be shipped separately. We will do our best to keep you as informed as possible of tracking numbers.

Starting June 2022, any orders that are sent back to our shipper/suppliers due to an "incomplete address" or "unable to forward" message will only be resent if buyer pays for the next shipping. Please double check that your address is complete/correct prior to purchase.

In the event of a delayed/missing package to a correct address, we will do our best to help locate your item, but we also may also ask for your help to locate an item if it is shown to be tracked to your own town. Thanks!

At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping. We have found that the prices for these shipping options are way more expensive without really gaining much faster shipping times.

We can give you an estimated delivery window, but NOT a guaranteed delivery date. Please understand that our products are fulfilled in different areas on-demand (per order), so we print/sew/ship based on each customer's unique order. Because of this and how COVID affected shipping in 2020, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date in the same way that Amazon might. We appreciate your understanding!

We have had an awesome increase in sales, which is so exciting! The flip-side of that means that editing orders after they are purchased but catching them before they enter production is extremely tricky. If you have a question about editing an order you just made, send us a message asap. We make no guarantees, but we will do our best to work with you🙏🏼

On most shirts, sweatshirts, long sleeves, we try to be as inclusive on sizing as possible. We do our best to pick items that our printing company has the full spectrum of sizes with—if you DON'T see a size that you're looking for, send us a quick message. If for whatever reason it is not listed, we can usually set-up a custom order and send you the Etsy link for it (unless our printer does not have that item in larger sizes).

If you have a custom design you are interested in, send us a message! We will usually then direct you to the correct "option" under our Custom Design listing (see link below). Purchasing the custom design listing ensures that your order is on our list, and it acts as a non-refundable deposit. Once we complete your custom, then we will send you the link for that listing and you can purchase the item from there.
