Every whimsical creation in my shop is my interpretation of the beauty that surrounds me, and the gifts that Mother Nature brings~
I use only natural gemstone cabochons, jewelry grade. I hand select each and every single gemstone, ensuring that it is beautiful and unique!
Please take a moment to read my policies before purchasing, especially for made to order items, delivery times, return policies, etc...as this is very important information.

Payment is via credit card, through Paypal, or through Etsy checkout. I will not begin to produce any Made to order Items until payment has cleared. Completed and ready to ship items will ship once money received or Paypal payment has cleared. All sales are final for Ready to Ship AND Made to order items. I state very clearly the amount of time it will take for me to hand craft your items, in both my Shop policies page, in my Shop announcement page as well as on your receipt. If you can not wait for production, and would like to cancel your order, you must let me know within 48-72 hours of placing your order. Once I begin production on your piece, it's yours! You can not expect me to be midway through creating your made to order piece and expect to be able to cancel the order. Therefore, please check your emails, as I also state very clearly my timelines for production right away (within one day) when I send out a note after receiving your sale.
Please read this section thoroughly before ordering as some things have changed.
Most items are hand crafted at the time they are purchased. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for production before shipping, a more accurate timeline is listed on the Shop Policies page, in the Shop Announcement page, and most importantly in your receipt which you receive within moments of purchasing the item. If you can not wait the allotted production time (which varies depending on how busy we are during different parts of the year) then you must let us know as soon as possible for me to cancel your order for a full refund. If two weeks has passed on a 3-4 week production estimated order, you CAN NOT cancel at that time, as we have most likely almost finished completing your piece or at the very least have begun production on it. We will allow 24-48 hours prior to beginning your piece for you to contact me requesting a cancellation and refund. After that, assume that your piece has already been started and it is too late. Special circumstances might apply to this rule, but you absolutely must contact me on a case by case basis.
If an item is available immediately, we will notify you and ship it within one to three business days.
We ship via USPS First Class Mail WITH Insurance and Delivery Confirmation to everywhere in the USA. We have had to upgrade to Insured shipping due to several lost packages recently. If a package does end up lost, we have to give it 21 days before filing a claim with the USPS. At that point, I can either refund your purchase price or send another item of the same value. We have found this to be the most cost effective way for you to get your items from the US Virgin Islands, and to get them safely. Delivery is usually within 7-12 business days. ***Please keep in mind that we are shipping from the Caribbean, and although we are part of the US, shipping will still take LONGER than shipping stateside and we have no control over this! Also, it is possible for your item to be held up in Customs and any duties or fees are the buyer's responsibility.***
We can ship express if you need your item sooner. Convo me for pricing. Express shipping from the Islands is not overnight, it is generally 2-3 days. We have shipped Priority Mail in the past but due to the fact that it was more expensive and items did not arrive any quicker than via First Class Mail, we no longer use this method on Etsy, except by customer request.
We do ship internationally as well, via First Class Mail, always with insurance. We HIGHLY recommend upgrading international shipping to either Registered Mail or Priority Mail International, especially for higher dollar items, but this is up to you, the customer. With Registered Mail, the packages can be tracked, and with Priority they should be delivered more quickly. Delivery time can be a bit longer on international delivery, so please be aware of this when purchasing. Though it is a rare occurrence, items sometimes do get held up in customs, and this is out of our hands. Customs duties and fees could possibly be charged if this happens and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for any customs fees and duties. Most items arrive between 1-2 weeks, however there have been times where it has taken 3-4 weeks. If you would prefer Priority Shipping International, or some form of expedited shipping, please convo me and we will either set up a special listing for the upgrade, or email you a Paypal invoice for the difference in ship cost. Unfortunately, not all international shipments can not be insured at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to extended delivery times and production times because of an influx of orders lately, it has come to my attention that folks have tried to cancel their orders two to three weeks in, and unfortunately by this point I have either already almost fully completed your piece, or have completed at least partially your order. I state very clearly in several places what the production timeline will be, and I understand if you choose to not wait that long and would like to cancel your order for a refund, however you MUST let me know within 48-72 hours from the time you've placed your order if you would like to cancel it because of the lengthy production times. After 72 hours have passed I have at least begun working on your order on some level and it can not be cancelled after that. I would go out of business if I ran my shop this way. If I don't hear back after I convo you with the time frame for production of your specific order: I also state these time frames in the shop policies pages, in the shop announcement, as well as in your receipt which you receive as soon as you place your order, then your order goes in to que with about 30-100 other orders which I have received and I get to work as quickly as possible. It isn't fair to me to receive an email two to three weeks later stating you would like to cancel, especially for items I am making specifically to your specs such as rings, bracelets, or custom pieces, and at that time I can not take a full cancellation. For certain extenuating circumstances I can work out either an exchange or a restocking fee, if you absolutely must cancel the order. But please keep in mind, time was taken out of several of my very busy days to begin working on your piece of jewelry, and I can not simply cancel with 100% refund after I have already devoted time, materials and energy to making your jewelry, in your size, with your specs in mind.
All of my items are 100% guaranteed for manufacturing defects. In other words, if I did not make the item correctly, I will gladly either replace it or offer a full refund. I take pride in my workmanship and stand behind it 100%. If you lose a gemstone in your piece, I will replace and reset it, at my cost. I try my best to make sure each gem is placed into it's setting securely, for the life of the piece.
That being said, if you ran over your jewelry with a car, or it was very obviously or intentionally mistreated by you, I will not replace your piece or refund your money. Luckily this hasn't happened yet! (Knock on wood!)
I also have a 30 day return policy if you have changed your mind, or are not happy for any reason. You may return any item from my shop, EXCLUDING custom items or items such as RINGS which are made to your size and are considered custom, as long as it is in it's original condition (as new) for a full refund, excluding shipping cost.
Custom items are made to order in your size and specs, and are guaranteed for manufacturing defects, but are NOT eligible for the 30 day return policy. This includes rings which are made to order in your size. Special circumstances might apply here, please convo me with a case by case scenario.
Rings which are made to your size without gemstones can be resized for a fee. Some of the rings with gemstones can not be resized by me as I do not have the proper laser equipment for this. If it's a ring where the gemstone can be removed because it's a prong setting, I may be able to resize for a fee. Please be sure of your ring size when ordering! Convo me if you would like a complimentary ring sizer at purchase, or an easier way is to go to your local jewelry store and have your finger sized.

***Important notice regarding cabochon gemstones - please read:
Gemstones in the jewelry you receive will have some variances and may be slightly different from the ones pictured in the listings. I have also placed a note in all my listings stating this, so please be aware when purchasing.
All of the cabochon gemstones I use are natural, and untreated, and therefore will have variance in color, patterning, depth, shade, flash, etc...produced by nature.
Larimar gemstones range mostly in patterning and color. From powdery blue with white veins, to a deeper aqua with shades of green, to solid turqouise blue, the difference in each every stone is just amazing!
Chatoyant gemstones, such as Labradorite and Rainbow Moonstone have inclusions within them, and this is what creates the light refraction and the color flash. These are NOT flaws or cracks, they are part of the beauty of the gemstone. The depth of clarity, base color (from dark brown to bronze in labradorite, and chalky white or clear to light gold in rainbow moonstone), and color flash (from blue to green) in these gemstones also will vary.
These differences are what make each piece a one of a kind original. Each and every gemstone is hand chosen by me, and I guarantee it to be beautiful and of great quality. If you are not satisfied, I can replace or refund (see Refund Policy - 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee).
If there is a particular patterning or coloring you prefer (especially in the Larimar, Labradorite and Moonstone pieces) please convo me before ordering. I can do my very best to accomodate, as I keep a nice sized inventory with me at all times for a wider variety of selection.
***Important note about handwrought and cast metal - please read:
Each of my designs has an organic, handmade "raw" feel to it. This is the style of my work. I handcarve or handcraft each piece from metal or wax before it is cast in sterling silver. Handcrafted jewelry does not have the same look as machine made jewelry. If that is what you are looking for, this is not the right shop for you.
Each piece is hammered for texture and then brought back to a high polish, giving it an earthy, organic style but also shines and sparkles showing off the beauty that is sterling silver. Pieces may vary slightly from one another as this is the nature of handcrafted goods. Please be aware before purchasing.
