Each piece is designed with meticulous attention to detail. Our designs combine art, symbolism, and craftsmanship – each product tells a little story.
How long does shipping take?
Our items are usually shipped within 3–5 business days. Products printed through our partner Gelato sometimes take a little longer (7–10 days total).
I have a question about my order – how can I contact you?

What materials do you use?
Our jewelry consists of genuine healing stones, high-quality metal components and robust bands.For textile and decorative items, we use sustainable materials and high-quality printing processes.
What happens if my item arrives damaged or gets lost?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item. We will find a solution together – replacement, repair, or refund.If your order hasn't arrived after 21 days, please contact us. We will check the shipping status and arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our products are shipped with packaging selected and inspired by the artist.We can gift-wrap your order upon request. Simply leave us a short note during the ordering process.
Can I cancel an order?
If production or shipping has not yet started, cancellation is possible. Please contact us as soon as possible via Etsy messages.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide – please note that shipping times outside of Germany may vary (7–21 days depending on the country).
