Accepted payment methods
All orders are final at time of shipping. Customers wishing to cancel and order for a full refund must do so before the item has shipped. Cancellations for custom orders must be made within 24 hours of the order placement and payment.
Both FarmHouseHipster crafters are located in the greater Flint area in Mid-Michigan. For customers who are also located near Flint Michigan, we would be happy to arrange a local pick up/delivery (i.e. meet in a neutral public location that is convenient to both parties). local pick up/delivery will be subject to crafter availability. In cases where local pick up/delivery is able to be arranged, the item listing will be modified to reflect a $0.00 shipping cost.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customers who feel the product they received is not in keeping with the description listed on Etsy may submit a request for a refund via Etsy Conversation. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt of product and must include a description of how the product they received differs from the product description listed on Etsy. Once the convo is received, the FarmHouseHipster will respond with a confirmation of refund and instructions for mailing the item back to us. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, however, upon receipt of the returned item, the customer will be refunded their full original payment.
Customers who receive products that are broken or damaged should contact the FarmHouseHipster via Etsy Conversation within 24 hours of receiving the broken item. The FarmHouseHipster will reply to your covo with instructions for returning the damaged item to us at no additional cost to you. Once the FarmHouseHipster has received the item, we will mail out a replacement item. If the damaged item is one of a kind a replacement cannot be made, a full refund will be issued to the buyer. If the damaged item is a custom creation, a replacement item will be sent out according the timeline for item creation originally agreed up at the time of custom ordering.
