Cheryl is tremendous to work with -- responsive, creative and clearly loves brainstorming and trying new things. My pie cabinet is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the fantastic quality of the piece or the exceptional service I was provided with throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Farm Tables Plus More.
Can you believe it's 2016! Whew, how time flies. Kountry Kupboards started 8 years ago ... selling in a barn at a Tuesday morning flea market just across the North Carolina border. It started at 5 a.m. UGH! Skip forward 8 years and here we are ... selling on the web and shipping all across the USA! Not too shabby for a few corporate dropouts!
We are inspired by wood. Mainly Eastern White Pine. We love the character and the feel of real wood and handpicking each piece for your custom Farm Table, Media Console or Sideboard.

. We usually ship terminal to terminal. In other words, you will pick up your furniture at a local FEDEX LTL Ground Freight Terminal. This saves a ton on shipping. We will need your city and zip code. If you prefer residential shipping, please realize this will add about $200+ to your shipping charge.
. Each item shipped is crated and palletized (by us) and is fully insured.
. Attention California & West Coast Residents: Shipping starts at $350 to ship to the West Coast.

You can find our shabby chic furniture all across the South East from the hills of Tennessee to the urban sprawl of Atlanta to the beaches of South Carolina. We ship as far away as Texas, California and Alaska! WooHoo!! Made with solid construction and loving care!
Refunds and Exchanges
If you cancel an order, you will be charged your deposit plus any materials that we may have purchased. If you cancel your order and work has begun, you will be charged for the entire amount (except for shipping).

. There are NO refunds on deposits.
. There are NO refunds, returns or exchanges on our custom made furniture.
All custom sketches are sent by email and the final sketch needs to have your approval (by email) before we begin. If there is damage due to shipping, there are procedures to follow as outlined on our Shipping page. You will receive detailed instructions prior to shipment on how to handle a damaged shipment.
Additional policies and FAQs
Lead time is 2-4 weeks to start your project. This is subject to change.
There may be circumstances that will push the order completion time further out. We have to take dry/cure time into consideration with each order.
The Lead Time given on each custom order is *** APPROXIMATE *** and our best educated guess at the time of your order. There can be a window of a few weeks difference. We do everything we can to stay on our production schedule - but things just happen sometimes. And, we will let you know if that's the case and we will keep you informed.
We work on one order at a time. Each piece is made with great care and we won't let it leave "the paint shop" until we are satisfied it can make it's journey home in pristine condition. Our fabulous furniture is custom, handcrafted and made with love ... so it takes time. :-)
