I'm just a country gal that LOVES crafting especially rug hooking, a huge animal lover, Greyhound & English Cocker Spaniel owner and rescuer!

Some items, like my "Adopt Me" bandannas, help support rescued cats and dogs looking for their "furever" home. My bandanna's have been sold all over the US to help bring attention to homeless dogs and cats when they appear at various adoption events. I sell them for as little as possible so that groups can afford to purchase them.

Hello and welcome to my store which I like to refer to as, 'my barn'! I'm just getting my feet wet at Etsy but am soooo excited to be here. Growing up in the country taught me what it meant to work hard and earn an honest living. Later on during my career days, I was a customer service manager at an Insurance company and also at a Cable Call Center. I believe all of those experiences taught me, the meaning of and, how to provide excellent customer service. I hope you will like what you see and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! I want to hear your thoughts and opinions and if you end up buying something from me, I want you to be HAPPY!

Payment
PayPal is my preferred method of payment and should be made at time of purchase. However, I will accept a money order or cashiers check but you must notify me right away of your intent to do so! Personal checks are ok too but realize I will NOT ship until the check clears. If I have not heard from you or received payment within 3 days of purchase, item will be re-listed for sale. Communication is key! I am happy to work things out with you as long as you keep in touch with me.
Shipping
I do my absolute best to ship as soon as payment is received. Occasionally life gets in my way and I might have errands or appointments but usually nothing that would get in the way for more than a day or two. All shipping is via USPS Mail either First Class or Priority. Insurance is optional BUT I do recommend it on my rug hooked items.

Right now I am not accepting any international orders but hope to do so in the future.

If your purchase is a gift for someone, email me to find out if I can direct ship the item to the giftee!
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great care in packaging items to avoid any damage or breakage, however can not be responsible for damage or lost packages once it leaves my hands.

Return policy details:

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving if you wish to return item. Item must be returned the same way and in same condition for a refund of purchase price. I can not refund any shipping cost.
