Sorry, I received the wrong item. But what I really want to praise is the customer service. The problem was fixed immediately and without much back and forth. The correspondence works perfectly, always friendly and very eager to fix the problem (unfortunately I know differently). For the inconvenience, I also got a ramp included!!! So where else is there something like that, you just notice that you are important to the company as a customer and that they are really trying very hard. Update: thanks to the efforts of this company, I got my climbing frame in time for Christmas. My children are thrilled (3j u. 8 m) both love it, from the processing really top!!! I would buy there again anytime!!

Ich habe leider den falschen Artikel erhalten. Aber was ich unbedingt lobenswert erwähnen will, ist der Kundenservice. Das Problem wurde sofort und ohne langem hin und her behoben. Der Schriftverkehr funktioniert tadellos, immer freundlich und sehr bemüht dass Problem zu beheben(kenne ich leider auch anders). Für die Unannehmlichkeiten habe ich zusätzlich noch eine Rampe beigelegt bekommen!!! Also wo gibt es sowas noch, da merkt man einfach, dass man dem Unternehmen als Kunde wichtig ist und das sie wirklich sehr bemüht sind. Update: habe mein Klettergerüst dank den Bemühungen dieser Firma doch noch rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten bekommen. Meine Kinder sind begeistert (3j u. 8m) beide lieben es, von der Verarbeitung wirklich top!!! Würde ich jederzeit wieder dort kaufen!!

Excellent quality mini climbing triangle, was a little difficult to assemble as the instructions aren't so clear. Communication on delivery was great, I needed new parts and once your message gets to where it needs to be the Communication is great and they get back to you. They sent my spare parts within a timely manner after asking for an update and even sent me an extra free ramp as a gesture. Would still Absolutely recommend, thank you!

The order was successfully delivered and thank you so much for the extra bit. My 16 month old son loves to play on the arch, slide and the triangle. I'm so excited to see how his motor skills, balance and curiosity develop with the help of this equipment. Without hesitation I do recommend this equipment to all parents with small kids. This provides them with hours of physical play, far from the screens. Also, the quality is great, real old-school carpentry, will survive 3 generations at least.

This is the second item we've ordered from this seller because their quality is so great, and their prices are affordable. This time we bought the arch ladder to go with the folding ladder and climbing board/slide we recently bought. Very great product! The assembly is quick and easy and it feels very solid. Our kids love it, especially when they're stuck indoors on cold/rainy days. Highly recommend!

From its humble beginnings FarnoraDecor as a brand has come a long way. As first-time parents we were both excited and terrified of many of the things young children need to grow happy and healthy. Before our son was born we were determined to choose an approach to his upbringing and early childhood education. The Montessori method grabbed our attention right away as it’s based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play.

To make sure this method works on the daily, your toddler needs specific tools and items, such as interactive furniture. However, at that point of time, there weren't many options on the market. Plus, we were concerned about materials used in standard kids’ furniture, sometimes not that allergy-friendly, you know.

Since my husband in his young years has been into woodwork, he suggested making a wooden feeding chair and a rocker that would meet our needs in the very first months with our newborn. We both loved the results! Shortly, we decided to share our experience with other new moms and dads and got our first order! This is how it all started!

Ever since that time, we’ve expanded our production by adding items that have proven to be effective, comfy and eco-friendly as we’ve used them for our own baby. We hope to share the joy of exploring with your kids while using our Montessori furniture sets! Our future depends on the coming generations, so let’s make them happier and wiser!
