Frequently asked questions
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Because these are digital files, we can't take returns once a file is downloaded. If you bought something by mistake, don't open the download — message us, and if nothing has been downloaded we'll cancel the order.
Where do I find my file?
Etsy emails your download link right after payment. You can also find it any time under You → Purchases and reviews on etsy.com. Check your spam or Promotions folder if the email doesn't show up.
Do I need Excel or Google Sheets?
Each listing says which it works with. Most Faro products work in both. Google Sheets is free with a Google account.
My Google Sheet opens as "view only." What do I do?
Click File → Make a copy. Your copy is fully editable and saved to your own Google Drive. Use a computer for the first setup — phones can't make a copy easily.
Can I change colors, labels, or categories?
Yes. Rename categories, add rows, change labels. Formula cells are protected so they don't break by accident; the Start Here tab shows how to unlock them if you want to.
Can I share or resell the file?
Each purchase is for personal use by one household or one business. Please don't resell, share, or post the files.
I'm stuck. Can you help?
Yes — message us on Etsy. We answer every question, usually within one business day.
