Hi! Thank you for your review. Due to the large size of your poster, it takes longer to print since many facilities do not print 40 inch posters. The extra time needed was communicated in an email. The listing for this (and all) artwork clearly states the designs are printed on thick poster paper. Anything thicker or laminated would be 3x this price. Even though the product description and shipping timeframe was communicated clearly, I offered a full refund which the customer refused.
