PHYSICAL ITEMS ONLY - If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, I will accept items for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, minus shipping costs, if the item is returned in original condition. Please send an email or convo if you intend to make a return, and be aware that it will take additional time to process your refund.

In the event that a return is received in a condition other than that in which it was sent or if I have not been notified of the return in advance, your refund will not be processed and you will not receive your purchase price back.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to have shipping insurance on your order please let me know at time of purchase, and I will send a revised invoice.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR DIGITAL ITEMS - IF YOU BUY IT, IT IS YOURS.

Payment is expected at time of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel any order, without notice, if it has not been completed with payment.

All orders are packaged and shipped within 3-4 business days after payment.

* US CUSTOMERS:
All orders are sent via USPS Parcel Post mail service, unless otherwise indicated in the listing.

If you would like your package sent via Priority mail or Express (overnight) services, let me know & I will send you a revised invoice. In the event of this, payment is required within 1 day of invoice.

* INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
I am very sorry to report that I am unable to ship internationally at this time.
