I am shipping from Redmond, WA.
I try to ship your item asap after it is paid for.
I send the headpieces and hair accessories wrapped in tissue paper inside my standard box. If you need your item to be put inside a smaller box for future transport or some other reason , please let me know with a convo, so I can create a custom order for you.
I will ship to the exact address you provide.
If you need the item by a certain date, please inquire first if it's doable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that many of my items are very delicate and have fragile decorations and accents.
Sometimes for the sake of time I will use the first photo taken of the item and make additional versions as they are sold. Because the materials that I receive from my suppliers are never 100% consistent, sometimes an item will look a little different from the prototype (as with all handmade items). I'll always do my best to make things as close to the original as I possibly can!
Due to the nature of the items I make, I AM UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY RETURNS, unless it has something to do directly with the quality of the craftsmanship (I always strive for the very best). If you are not happy with your piece, please convo me right away so we can discuss a resolution, BEFORE WRITING YOUR FEEDBACK. Initial shipping costs will likely be refunded and item must be returned in original, unused condition and packaging. I really want you to be happy and hope there are never any issues.
Additional policies and FAQs
Since many of my headpieces are intended for weddings, bridal showers, celebrations etc, I will be happy to receive CUSTOM ORDERS for same color or same style pieces or all your guests, bride maids, girlfriends etc.
