I am excited to offer quality gifts and accessories at affordable prices. Products available are embellished tutus, hair accessories, dresses, pettiskirts, shoes and so much more!!! Most items are ready to ship!!!

Payment
PayPal is accepted. If you have not used Paypal before, Etsy has a helpful guide for you at: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/339. Please pay for items within 48 hours after purchase.

Now accepting direct payments through Etsy and Etsy Gift Cards!!!!

In the event of non-payment or non-communication I will attempt to reach you once by convo. and once by email before asking etsy management to cancel the sale.
Shipping
Please double check that your Paypal address matches the one on your etsy receipt. If these addresses do not match, I will not ship until the correct address is verified. Items will be shipped by USPS within 2 business days from the date of cleared payment. Tracking information is included for US shipments.

Once orders are delivered to the post office by hand I am not responsible for loss or damage.
Refunds and Exchanges
Feedback is an important part of our sales record and very important to our business. We make every attempt to provide you with great customer service and very special care. We will address any problems that might come up during or after a transaction immediately. We ask that you wait until we have the chance to resolve any issues before you leave your feedback. 

Customer Satisfaction is a high priority. Please contact us right away if there is a problem and let us work it out together. 



After receiving your item and you are not satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours from date received to initiate a return. You will be responsible for return shipping. I must receive the item within 5 days from the date of contact regarding the return. Items must be returned in original condition. Once I receive the item and it passes inspection, a refund will be given for the purchase price only.

Custom orders may not be returned. Orders can be cancelled only if we have not yet started to make them.
