Hi Brooke, I just received your review and am very sorry you did not receive your card! This is the first that I heard of there being a problem and I assure you it was shipped - I pack and send all the orders directly, with labels and tracking from USPS. There is an occasional issue with USPS that I see from time to time where they lose or delay shipping - which is what I suspect has happened to your card. I'm happy to send you a new order or provide a refund. I wish you had reached out to me directly when you did not receive your card, I always want my customers to be pleased with their order and will do my best to make it right.
